A. First: Apple put the iPhone 4 on fire sale. It's 199 bucks for the 16gb 299 for the 32. I ain't gonna research plans for you because there are so many and you can just do it yourself.

A. If you have been synching your iPhone 3G with your computer (using iTunes) then all of your music, apps, etc. are backed up on that computer. When you plug your iPhone 4 into that computer, iTunes will ask if you want to put all that stuff on the new phone. Answer Yes. :)

A. It can be part of a family plan. You just add a data plan. You share voice and texts with the rest of the plan members.
